We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solos Smartglasses experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the smartglasses and all original accessories, including charging cables and cases, back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
